FUNÇÃO

Será responsavel por registar e actualizar todos os movimentos de materiais no sistema, incluindo entradas, saídas, transferências, devoluções e ajustes de stock; introduzir dados de forma precisa e atempada, assegurando que os movimentos físicos dos materiais estejam correctamente reflectidos no sistema; capturar e processar dados relativos aos materiais recebidos, com base nas notas de entrega, documentos de recepção e outros registos relevantes; registar quantidades, códigos, localizações e outras informações relevantes dos materiais; validar os dados antes e depois da sua introdução no sistema, identificando e reportando informações incorrectas, incompletas ou inconsistentes; comparar os registos do sistema com os movimentos físicos e os dados existentes, de modo a garantir a consistência da informação; identificar, registar e reportar discrepâncias entre os materiais recebidos, a documentação e os dados registados no sistema; apoiar a reconciliação dos movimentos e dos níveis de stock, contribuindo para a investigação e correcção de discrepâncias; processar transferências de materiais entre diferentes localizações do armazém e actualizar os respectivos níveis de stock; extrair dados, elaborar relatórios de stock e disponibilizar informação actualizada às equipas do armazém e às áreas relacionadas; assegurar que os registos e relatórios sejam completos, precisos e produzidos dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.

Requirements

  • Nível Médio;
  • Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência em Data Capture, gestão de dados, operações de armazém, controlo de stock ou área relacionada;
  • Conhecimentos de informática (MS Office, sistemas e conhecimentos financeiros seriam uma vantagem adicional);
  • Fluente em Inglês e Português;
  • Possuir capacidade numérica, atenção ao detalhe e rigor no tratamento de dados;
  • Demonstrar capacidade de organização e de gestão de grandes volumes de informação;
  • Ter capacidade de identificar discrepâncias e inconsistências nos registos;
  • Demonstrar boas competências de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;
  • Ter capacidade de cumprir prazos e executar tarefas com precisão e eficiência;
  • Constituirá vantagem possuir conhecimentos ou formação em Logística, Gestão de Stocks, Administração ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Constituirá vantagem possuir experiência em ambientes de armazém ou logística.
  • Nacionalidade Moçambicana.
