Cura of Watkins, a CMS 5-star rated facility is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and resident-focused Dietary Aide to join our Dining Services team! Our Dietary Department plays an essential role in the health and well-being of our residents. From preparing and serving nutritious meals to creating a clean and welcoming dining experience, every team member helps make mealtime one of the best parts of our residents' day.

As a Dietary Aide, you'll work alongside a supportive team to provide exceptional meal service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Every shift offers the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents through quality service and compassionate care.

Position Summary

5:30 AM TO 2:00 PM; every other weekend and holiday rotation. No weekday requirement.

Starting Wage: $19.09 + (experience is considered!)

The Dietary Assistant assists with meal reparation, tray service, resident meal service, dishwashing, sanitation, and kitchen cleaning while ensuring all meals are served safely, accurately, and according to resident diet orders. This position helps maintain a clean, organized, and resident-centered dining environment while supporting food safety standards and excellent customer service.
