We are looking for a results-driven Director – Enterprise Sales to lead B2B revenue growth by acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts across sectors such as BPO, BFSI, Pharma, and Retail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, IT hardware procurement, and consultative solution selling, with a proven ability to build strategic client relationships and consistently achieve revenue targets.

This role focuses on positioning refurbished IT hardware and technology lifecycle services as cost-effective and sustainable alternatives to traditional IT procurement. You will drive new business development, strengthen enterprise partnerships, and build scalable sales strategies that support long-term growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to acquire customers across BPO, BFSI, Pharma, Retail, and other relevant sectors.
  • Drive sales of refurbished laptops and desktops, Refurbishment-as-a-Service (RaaS), and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline covering SMBs, mid-market organisations, and large enterprises.
  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, conduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
  • Understand enterprise IT lifecycle requirements, including hardware procurement, device refresh, redeployment, buyback, and disposal.
  • Position integrated IT lifecycle solutions as cost-efficient and environmentally responsible alternatives to conventional hardware procurement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, CIOs, IT heads, procurement leaders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop account plans to drive customer retention, repeat business, cross-selling, and long-term account growth.
  • Own quarterly and annual revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
  • Develop sector-specific go-to-market strategies and identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Participate in industry events, forums, networking opportunities, and strategic client engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery and a positive customer experience.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing developments, and customer needs to strengthen sales effectiveness.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales, with a strong track record of revenue generation and target achievement.
  • Proven experience selling IT hardware, including PCs, laptops, desktops, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Established relationships or a strong professional network within BPO, BFSI, Pharma, Retail, or similar enterprise sectors.
  • Strong expertise in consultative selling, enterprise account management, and solution-based sales.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders, including CXOs, IT leaders, and procurement decision-makers.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, enterprise procurement processes, RFPs, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, forecasting, CRM systems, and account growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A commercially driven mindset with strong ownership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
  • Experience in refurbished IT hardware, ITAD, asset lifecycle management, or circular economy businesses is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with sustainability-led enterprise solutions and cost-optimisation strategies is preferred.
  • An MBA or equivalent business qualification is desirable.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
