The posting

Summit hiring on behalf of a client seeking a Director of Registered Dietician for a nonprofit organization, focused on supporting women and families through essential nutrition and care services. With more than 1,300 cases under management, the organization plays a meaningful role in helping clients access thoughtful, community-centered support.

This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team where leadership and direct service go hand in hand. As Director of Registered Dietician, you will help shape and strengthen a growing program while contributing hands-on expertise to the individuals and families Summit serves.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of two part-time RDNs.
  • Work hands-on with cases.
  • Grow the program.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential.
  • Leadership experience overseeing community programs.
  • Experience managing clinical nutrition caseloads for women and family populations.
  • Strong supervisory experience overseeing dietitians and supporting team development.
  • Ability to balance direct client care with operational and program leadership.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
