The posting
FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defence. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.
Our platform enables large organisations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.
Mission
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of executive relationships, strategic program ownership, and measurable business outcomes.
Our Engagement Directors are the executive face of FlowX.AI to our most complex and high-profile clients - trusted advisors who ensure the platform delivers transformational value, not just on-time delivery. You will own the full engagement lifecycle: from adoption and enablement to renewal, upsell, and long-term partnership growth.
What you would do on a daily basis
- Serve as the primary executive partner and trusted advisor to client sponsors and C-suite stakeholders, leading governance processes including steering committee meetings and quarterly roadmap reviews.
- Own overall program success across assigned engagements - developing integrated program plans, establishing governance frameworks, and driving executive decision-making with clear recommendations and mitigation strategies.
- Own the account's adoption strategy, sponsoring Centre of Excellence development and structured enablement programs (e.g. Train-the-Trainer) that make platform usage self-sustaining within the client organization.
- Own the account's renewal path - ensuring renewals happen on time, monitoring account health and licensed capacity, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities ahead of renewal milestones.
- Serve as the second-tier escalation point for complex delivery matters, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely resolution and escalating unresolved matters to the Head of Customer Success.
- Identify and shape expansion opportunities within existing accounts - applying consultative selling skills to build the business case and partnering with Account Executives to advance them commercially.
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations or strategic technology transformation programs, with 8+ years in a technology-focused organization.
- Proven ability to establish credibility with executive and C-suite stakeholders through industry expertise, business acumen, and technology leadership - ideally in banking or financial services.
- Strong sales and business development acumen - experienced in consultative selling, opportunity identification, and building the business case for expansion within existing accounts.
- Comfortable working directly with engineers and product teams - able to speak credibly about integrations, platform architecture, and implementation patterns.
- Demonstrated success leading client engagements in complex, geographically distributed, matrixed environments, with exceptional stakeholder management and escalation leadership.
- Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and able to drive outcomes through influence and collaboration across fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
What's in it for you
- Direct impact on how the company scales and delivers multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation deals.
- Competitive compensation with an early-stage equity package.
- Work alongside an ambitious leadership team driving category creation in enterprise AI.
- Collaborative, fast-paced culture with room to grow and make an impact.
