Contamos com uma rede de laboratórios e unidades de diagnóstico médico em 14 países. A nossa rede internacional de unidades confere-nos uma das presenças geográficas mais amplas entre os prestadores de serviços de laboratório clínico e diagnóstico médico na Europa.

Desde 2006 que marcamos a diferença no setor da saúde em Portugal, com um corpo clínico de referência. No âmbito do nosso crescimento e expansão, estamos à procura de um Facilities & Utilities Senior Engineer , para fazer a diferença. A saúde começa em nós!

Responsabilidades:

  • Mapear, desenhar, implementar e supervisionar os Planos de Manutenção Preventiva e Corretiva de todos os ativos, com foco especial em sistemas críticos (Eletricidade, AVAC, Sistemas de Combate a Incêndios (SCI), Elevadores, etc.);
  • Otimizar e potenciar o uso da plataforma/software de gestão de manutenção implementado;
  • Gerir o processo de identificação de prestadores de serviços, procurement e o acompanhamento de alterações ou melhorias nas infraestruturas das nossas unidades;
  • Apoio na elaboração, controlo e monitorização orçamental (OPEX) das áreas de Manutenção e Utilities;
  • Garantir a eficiência operacional dos Utilities Services, promovendo ativamente iniciativas de eficiência energética e estratégias de sustentabilidade, bem como negociar e gerir contratos com fornecedores chave (Service Providers Contracts);
  • Garantir o rigoroso cumprimento das regulamentações de saúde, segurança e sustentabilidade em todas as intervenções;
  • Liderar a área de gestão de ativos imobiliários (Real Estate), liderando e suportando a equipa para assegurar a otimização do portfólio de imóveis (propriedades próprias e arrendadas);
  • Suportar na negociação de contratos de arrendamento, gestão de condomínios, resolução de litígios/reclamações e a prospeção de novas oportunidades imobiliárias alinhadas com a estratégia de crescimento da empresa.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia (Mecânica, Eletrotécnica, Civil), elegibilidade para inscrição ou membro da Ordem dos Engenheiros;
  • Experiência sólida (mínimo de 10-12 anos) em funções semelhantes, com background comprovado na gestão integrada de Facilities (Hard Services) e Real Estate, preferencialmente nos setores da Hotelaria;
  • Grande Distribuição, Retalho ou Industrial (gestão multi-site);
  • Espirito de liderança com uma mentalidade moderna, focado em capacitar, inspirar e fazer crescer a sua equipa, promovendo a autonomia em vez da microgestão;
  • Forte capacidade de negociação comercial para contratos de utilities, prestadores de serviços e contratos de arrendamento/imobiliários;
  • Sólidos conhecimentos da legislação portuguesa associada a edifícios, segurança contra incêndios (ANEPC), licenciamento laboratorial/comercial, ambiente e energia (DGEG);
  • Forte competência em gestão orçamental (OPEX), análise de KPI operacionais e orientação para a eficiência de custos e savings;
  • Forte motivação para deixar uma marca própria na otimização da área de Facilities, combinada com uma excelente capacidade de comunicação e um perfil assertivo na gestão de stakeholders e parceiros estratégicos;
  • Mindset focado em transformar a complexidade em soluções ágeis, encarando cada desafio operacional como uma oportunidade clara para inovar e elevar os padrões de excelência.
