Το τμήμα Flight Operations Support αποτελεί τo επιχειρησιακό κέντρο του σταθμού της Αθήνας. Δέχεται όλες τις πληροφορίες σχετικά με τις πτήσεις που επιχειρούν στο αεροδρόμιο και βάσει αυτών συνεργάζεται με όλα τα τμήματα της εταιρίας με στόχο την on-time αναχώρηση των πτήσεων. Οι Agents κάνουν χρήση πολλαπλών συστημάτων τα οποία αυτοματοποιούν πολλές διαδικασίες, εξυπηρετούν την οργάνωση του προσωπικού, την επικοινωνία με τους φορείς και την άμεση και σωστή ενημέρωση όλων των εμπλεκομένων.

Οι αρμοδιότητες του Flight Operations Support Agent:

✈️Διασφαλίζει την εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών SMS, IMS και Ασφαλείας σε καθημερινή βάση στο πλαίσιο άσκησης των καθηκόντων του/της

✈️Λαμβάνει όλα τα απαραίτητα μέτρα για την ασφάλεια αναφορικά με την αποστολή και λήψη σηματολογίας

✈️Επικοινωνεί με τις Τοπικές Αρχές όποτε κρίνεται απαραίτητο

✈️Ενημερώνει όλα τα εμπλεκόμενα μέρη σχετικά με τις κινήσεις των αεροσκαφών και για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα επηρεάζει το επιχειρησιακό έργο

✈️Παρακολουθεί το status του πλάνου πτήσης σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες και τα δεδομένα που παρέχονται από την αεροπορική εταιρεία

✈️Εξασφαλίζει τον κατάλληλο χειρισμό και την υποβολή εκθέσεων και αναφορών σύμφωνα με τα ισχύοντα πρότυπα, όποτε προκύπτουν παρατυπίες

✈️Ενημερώνει άμεσα κάθε φορά που λαμβάνει πληροφορίες που θα μπορούσαν να απαιτήσουν ανταπόκριση σε κατάσταση έκτακτης ανάγκης και επικοινωνεί άμεσα με τον Διευθυντή Διαχείρισης Έκτακτων Αναγκών προκειμένου να ενεργοποιηθεί το Σχέδιο Αντιμετώπισης Έκτακτης Ανάγκης εφόσον απαιτηθεί

✈️Διαχειρίζεται οποιαδήποτε άλλα καθήκοντα του ανατεθούν στα πλαίσια λειτουργίας του τμήματος

✈️Παραμένει πάντα ενημερωμένος/η για όλες τις διαδικασίες, κανονισμούς και νομοθεσίες όπως αυτές ισχύουν και ανανεώνονται

Τι αναζητούμε:

✈️Απολυτήριο Λυκείου

✈️Πτυχίο αγγλικών επιπέδου Β2 (First Certificate in English ή ισοδύναμο)

✈️Δίπλωμα οδήγησης Β΄ κατηγορίας

✈️Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή στον τομέα της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών

✈️Εξοικείωση με τους ηλεκτρονικούς υπολογιστές
