We are looking for a Food & Beverage Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will gain hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations, develop your skills through training and mentorship, and build a strong foundation in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in training programs, on-the-job learning and departmental orientation sessions.
  • Observe and learn luxury hospitality service standards and operational procedures.
  • Support the Food & Beverage team in daily operations and service preparation activities.
  • Assist Head Waiters and other team members during service periods, ensuring smooth guest experiences.
  • Gain knowledge of menus, products, ingredients, preparation methods and service sequences.
  • Engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner, while developing an understanding of guest needs and expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP procedures.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn, receive feedback and continuously improve performance.
  • Contribute positively to teamwork and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the department.
  • Progressively assume additional responsibilities based on performance, development and operational needs.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in Hospitality and the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences within a luxury environment.
  • Guest-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and anticipate guest needs.
  • Genuine willingness to learn, develop new skills and absorb operational knowledge.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism and eagerness to contribute to a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Very good command of English.
  • EU citizenship (eligibility to work in Greece).
  • Previous exposure to hospitality or food & beverage operations is considered an advantage but is not required.
