Estamos à procura de um Formador/Responsável Técnico para se juntar à nossa equipa em crescimento nas Oficinas MyForce!

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e implementar programas de formação para técnicos de automóveis
  • Monitorizar o desempenho dos técnicos e fornecer feedback
  • Garantir que os técnicos estejam atualizados sobre as últimas técnicas e tecnologias de reparação automóvel
  • Ser primeira linha de contacto para resolução de problemas técnicos complexos

Requirements

  • Formação Superior em Engenharia Automóvel ou qualificação equivalente
  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência como técnico de automóveis
  • Experiência em formação de técnicos de automóveis é uma vantagem
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e como parte de uma equipa.
  • Forte ética de trabalho e compromisso com a qualidade.
  • Orientação para resultados
  • Proactividade e atenção ao detalhe
  • Bons conhecimentos de informática
  • Planeamento e Organização
