About Talaria Jet
Talaria Jet is building a relationship-led fractional aircraft ownership platform centered on personal service, regional accountability, and a thoughtfully selected aircraft fleet. Building on its 50+ year operational history and exemplary safety record, Talaria Jet has an aggressive growth strategy for its target markets in the eastern United States.
Talaria Jet is a related company to Stark Airways. Candidates researching Talaria Jet are encouraged to review Stark Airways to learn more about our aviation experience, operations, and market presence.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Fractional Sales Executive to develop and grow fractional ownership sales throughout the Columbus–Akron/Cleveland–Pittsburgh corridor. This is an opportunity for an accomplished, relationship-driven sales professional to help build a growing fractional ownership program while developing long-term relationships with business owners, executives, families, and trusted advisors.
This is not a transactional sales role. Our Fractional Sales Executive will serve as a trusted private aviation advisor: understanding each client's travel needs, evaluating the right aviation solution, clearly communicating ownership economics, and guiding prospective owners from the initial conversation through closing and beyond.
What You'll Do
You will own fractional share sales and pipeline development across your territory, building relationships and creating new opportunities through both direct prospecting and a strong network of referral partners. You will:
- Develop and manage relationships with qualified private aviation prospects, including business owners, executives, aircraft owners, charter customers, fractional and jet card users, family offices, and other high-net-worth individuals.
- Conduct thoughtful utilization reviews to understand clients' annual travel, routes, passenger needs, current aviation solutions, service expectations, and overall mission.
- Develop tailored recommendations and proposals based on Talaria's aircraft options, program structure, economics, and service standards.
- Build a strong center-of-influence network of private bankers, wealth managers, RIAs, attorneys, accountants, family office advisors, and other trusted intermediaries.
- Cultivate existing relationships while developing new opportunities throughout the region.
- Coordinate introductions and relationship development with Talaria leadership and other key partners.
- Participate in aircraft previews, client events, hospitality opportunities, and other relationship-building activities.
- Maintain an accurate and disciplined CRM, including prospect activity, opportunity stages, next steps, relationship ownership, and proposal status.
- Provide consistent pipeline visibility and collaborate with operations, marketing, finance, executive leadership, and other internal partners throughout the sales process.
Location & Travel
This position is Midwest-based, with an in-market presence required. The territory extends from Columbus through Akron/Cleveland and into Pittsburgh, with regular regional travel for prospect meetings, advisor development, client events, and aircraft visits.
Requirements
The right candidate is a polished, credible relationship builder who understands how to develop trust and close sophisticated, high-value transactions. You may be a strong fit if you have:
- Proven success selling high-value products or services to affluent individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, or senior executives.
- Experience developing long-term relationships and closing complex six- and seven-figure transactions.
- Private aviation sales experience, particularly in fractional ownership, jet cards, charter, aircraft management, or whole-aircraft transactions (strongly preferred).
- An understanding of private aviation and the differences among charter, jet cards, fractional ownership, and whole-aircraft ownership.
- An established network of high-net-worth, corporate, or professional-advisor relationships within the region.
- Strong executive presence, judgment, and communication skills.
- A consultative approach to sales and the ability to recommend the right solution based on the client's needs rather than simply selling on price.
- Strong CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-through discipline.
- The ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment working closely with senior leadership
Benefits
Talaria offers a highly competitive, performance-driven compensation package designed to provide significant upside for successful producers:
- Competitive base salary based on experience
- Uncapped, graduated commission structure based on funded fractional share sales
- A plan designed to create substantial earning potential for high-performing sales executives
Why Talaria
Talaria intends to compete on fit, access, accountability, and a more personal ownership experience rather than simply on price. We are looking for someone who shares that philosophy and wants to build lasting owner relationships while helping grow a differentiated fractional aviation platform.
Interested in helping shape the next chapter of Talaria Jet? We'd like to hear from you.
