GENERAL MANAGER

Il ruolo

  • La figura di General Manager avrà la responsabilità della gestione complessiva della struttura, garantendone il posizionamento, gli standard qualitativi e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici e operativi.
  • Sarà il principale punto di riferimento per i team della struttura, assicurando una leadership autorevole e orientata all'eccellenza, oltre a rappresentare l'hotel nei confronti di ospiti, partner e stakeholder.
  • Il ruolo richiede una solida esperienza nel settore Luxury Hospitality, capacità di visione strategica e una forte sensibilità verso l'esperienza dell'ospite, la gestione delle persone e i risultati di business

Principali responsabilità

  • Supervisionare e coordinare tutte le attività operative e gestionali dell'hotel, garantendo il rispetto degli standard propri dell'hotellerie 5 stelle lusso;
  • Definire e implementare, in collaborazione con la proprietà, gli obiettivi strategici e operativi della struttura;
  • Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici, monitorando budget, costi, ricavi e principali KPI di performance;
  • Coordinare e sviluppare i responsabili dei diversi dipartimenti, promuovendo una cultura manageriale orientata alla collaborazione, alla responsabilità e all'eccellenza;
  • Garantire elevati standard di servizio e un'esperienza ospite coerente con il posizionamento luxury della struttura;
  • Presidiare la qualità dei processi e l'efficienza operativa, individuando opportunità di miglioramento e sviluppo;
  • Gestire le relazioni con clienti, partner commerciali, fornitori e principali stakeholder, rappresentando l'hotel con professionalità e autorevolezza;
  • Collaborare alle attività di sviluppo commerciale, posizionamento e valorizzazione della struttura sul mercato;
  • Contribuire alla selezione, formazione, motivazione e crescita delle risorse, favorendo retention e sviluppo dei talenti;
  • Gestire eventuali criticità con approccio risolutivo, mantenendo elevati standard di servizio e di immagine;
  • Monitorare il mercato e i principali trend del settore Luxury Hospitality, individuando opportunità di crescita e sviluppo per la struttura.

Il profilo

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede:

  • Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di General Manager, Hotel Manager o Direttore d'Hotel, maturata preferibilmente in strutture 5 stelle lusso;
  • Solida conoscenza delle dinamiche gestionali ed economiche proprie dell'hotellerie di alto livello;
  • Comprovata esperienza nella gestione e nel coordinamento di team strutturati e di diversi dipartimenti;
  • Forte orientamento al business, con capacità di lettura e gestione di budget, costi, ricavi e KPI;
  • Spiccate doti di leadership, capacità decisionale e autorevolezza nella gestione delle persone;
  • Eccellenti capacità relazionali e di comunicazione, unite a un'elevata attenzione alla qualità del servizio;
  • Approccio strategico, organizzazione e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; preferibile conoscenza della lingua francese, la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue straniere costituirà un plus;
  • Disponibilità a vivere o trasferirsi nell'area di Sanremo.

Cosa offre l'azienda

  • Inserimento in una prestigiosa realtà 5 stelle lusso;
  • Contratto di lavoro full time, con iniziale inserimento a tempo determinato finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato;
  • RAL €80.000 – €90.000, commisurata all'esperienza e al profilo;
  • Alloggio Autonomo vicino alla struttura;
  • Bonus e benefit previsti dalla struttura;

  • Sede di lavoro: Sanremo (Liguria).
