The posting

Are you a fluent German speaker looking for a new professional opportunity in an international environment?

We are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Support & Back Office Agent to join a new healthcare-related project.

Your Role

In the initial stage, the position will focus primarily on back-office operations and order processing, with the role gradually expanding to include customer support calls.

You will support patients and healthcare professionals with inquiries related to healthcare products, ensuring accurate, professional and empathetic communication.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong professional fluency in German, both written and spoken
  • Ability to communicate confidently and naturally with customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, patience and a customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational skills
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Back Office or Contact Center environments
  • Ability to work effectively within a structured and process-driven environment
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector will be considered a plus
  • Basic knowledge of English or Greek for internal communication
