Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support for Fitbit products and services in German, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to Fitbit devices, app functionality, and account management, embodying the spirit of the Fitness & Wellness industry.
  • Educate users on product features, benefits, and best practices to enhance their health and wellness journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve complex customer issues, contributing to product improvement within the Fitness & Wellness space.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and product development in the Fitness & Wellness sector.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Fitbit product updates and Fitness & Wellness trends.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Valid EU passport is required.
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the Fitness & Wellness industry or consumer electronics.
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness, and technology, with a good understanding of wearable devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
