Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers regarding advanced consumer electronics and smart robotics products.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear, precise, and professional communication in German at all times.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical solutions accurately within our CRM systems.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes by providing feedback on common technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with international teams to resolve complex technical escalations effectively.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory) to qualify for this international opportunity.
  • Passionate about consumer electronics and possess a strong aptitude for troubleshooting technical devices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong command of English for internal training and company-wide communication.
