What is Head of Delivery – SI, Cybersecurity & Managed Services?
The Head of Delivery – SI, Cybersecurity & Managed Services owns the end-to-end technical delivery of Jazz Enterprise Solutions’ systems integration, cybersecurity and managed services portfolio for enterprise, financial services and public sector customers across Pakistan.
The role carries dual accountability. It is the senior technical authority for every systems integration engagement Jazz delivers — accountable for solution integrity, delivery quality and customer acceptance across network, data centre and security infrastructure projects. It is equally a leadership role: building a certified, multi-vendor delivery practice from the current bench and an approved hiring plan, and establishing the managed services capability that sustains customers after go-live.
Functional scope covers systems integration delivery across Network, Data Center and air-gapped solutions, including GPU-capable infrastructure where that forms part of the customer estate; SecOps Customer Delivery and SecOps Platform Delivery; Security Certifications; Enterprise GRC Compliance for platforms and services this unit delivers, and customer GRC engagements; and Managed Services for SI and cybersecurity contracts.
The role reports directly to the Head of Delivery & Services, and carries nationwide delivery coverage.
What does Head of Delivery – SI, Cybersecurity & Managed Services do?
Scope & Boundaries
• Own customer-facing SI, cybersecurity and managed services delivery.
• Own managed-services design, the SLA construct, Tier 3 / Tier 4 technical support and customer service reviews for SI and cybersecurity contracts.
• Tier 1 / Tier 2 run-state operations, NOC, SOC operations, ticket flow and service-assurance reporting sit with Technical Support & Service Assurance.
• Deliver inside Delivery Excellence / Tech PMO governance, and with Delivery Supply Chain on hardware, vendor commercial execution and site readiness.
Technical Delivery Accountability
• Act as the senior technical authority for all SI engagements — owning solution integrity, design validation and technical sign-off from project kick-off through to customer acceptance.
• Own delivery outcomes across the SI portfolio: scope, schedule, quality, risk, TAT compliance and revenue recognition readiness.
• Engage at solution design stage with Solutions Engineering to validate technical feasibility, effort and resource availability before commercial commitment.
• Lead resolution of complex technical escalations personally, and represent Jazz technically in critical customer interventions.
• Own GPU-capable compute and storage, and air-gapped backup delivery, where those form part of SI or security estates.
• Own delivery cost, engineer utilisation, partner professional-services spend, penalty risk and margin on the portfolio.
Cybersecurity & Compliance Delivery
• Own delivery of customer and platform SecOps engagements — SIEM, SOAR, VAPT, IAM/PAM, micro-segmentation and next-generation security infrastructure.
• Govern security certifications and Enterprise GRC compliance on platforms and services this unit delivers, and on customer GRC engagements, including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and State Bank of Pakistan regulatory expectations.
Managed Services
• Own managed services design and delivery for SI and cybersecurity engagements carrying multi-year service commitments — service catalogue, service scope, SLA construct, Tier 3 / Tier 4 technical support, escalation management and periodic customer service reviews.
• Work to a written operating model with Technical Support & Service Assurance: this role owns Tier 3 / Tier 4 engineering and the SLA construct; TSS owns Tier 1 / Tier 2 operations, NOC, SOC run-state and assurance reporting.
Team Building & Capability Development
• Build the SI, cybersecurity and infrastructure delivery practice — recruit against the approved hiring plan, assess and develop existing engineers, and define skills matrices and certification roadmaps.
• Own the technical certification programme underpinning Jazz's OEM partner tiers.
• Lead, mentor and retain a multi-disciplinary engineering team; manage resource allocation, competency coverage and succession within the unit.
Stakeholder, OEM & Vendor Management
• Represent Delivery at senior level with enterprise, financial services and public sector customers during escalations, steering committees and acceptance milestones.
• Manage OEM, partner and subcontractor delivery relationships, including professional services engaged on complex programmes.
• Operate the interface to Delivery Excellence / Tech PMO and Delivery Supply Chain so stage gates, kit arrival and site readiness do not sit on the critical path unowned.
• Report delivery performance to leadership against agreed measures — milestones, quality, certification depth, SLA compliance, utilisation, cost and resource coverage.
Success in the First 12 Months
• Approved hiring plan materially closed against the skills matrix.
• Written operating model (RACI) live with Technical Support & Service Assurance, Delivery Excellence / Tech PMO and Delivery Supply Chain.
• Monthly leadership view of forecast, TAT, customer acceptance and revenue-recognition readiness.
• Managed-services catalogue and SLA pack for SI and cybersecurity contracts issued and in use at customer service reviews.
• Certification roadmap tied to OEM partner tiers, with named owners.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, including a minimum of 5 years leading multi-disciplinary technical teams of similar scale (15+ engineers) across more than one technology domain.
• Demonstrated track record of building technical teams — hiring, developing and retaining engineers, including inserting senior specialists while live delivery continues, with evidence of people grown into senior roles.
• Proven delivery of complex, multi-vendor systems integration programmes for enterprise or public sector customers, through to formal customer acceptance.
• Experience owning managed services or post-implementation support engagements governed by contractual SLAs, including accountability for penalty or liquidated-damages risk.
Technical Skills
• Deep, hands-on expertise across enterprise networking, data centre infrastructure, compute, storage and backup, and network security — sufficient to hold technical authority over senior engineers on merit.
• Expert-level technical certification (CCIE, HCIE or equivalent) strongly preferred; equivalent demonstrated depth as technical design authority on comparable programmes will be considered. CISSP or an equivalent security credential is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of virtualisation, software-defined data centre and SDN/SD-WAN architectures, and of GPU-capable infrastructure and air-gapped backup where relevant to customer estates.
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and security certification requirements relevant to regulated customers (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, State Bank of Pakistan regulatory expectations).
• Project or service management credentials (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are an advantage.
Market & Domain Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Pakistan's enterprise technology market — the OEM and distributor ecosystem, procurement practices, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated delivery experience in the financial services sector — commercial and microfinance banks, insurance and fintech — including their security, audit and regulatory expectations.
• Delivery exposure to public sector and large enterprise programmes in Pakistan is an advantage.
• Established working relationships with OEMs and channel partners operating in Pakistan.
Leadership & Soft Skills
• Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to work effectively across Solutions Engineering, Technical Support & Service Assurance, Delivery Excellence, Technology, Commercial and Supply Chain functions.
• Strong executive communication and customer-facing presence at CxO level.
• Sound commercial judgement — effort estimation, resourcing, utilisation, delivery margin, partner professional-services cost and cost-to-serve awareness.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Comfortable building in a fast-paced environment where structure, process and team capability are established alongside live delivery commitments.
