We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our HR team and support our growing global organization of approximately 140 employees. This is a broad role that combines HR business partnering, employee lifecycle management, and end-to-end recruitment.
You’ll work closely with employees and managers across the organization, lead key HR processes, and help ensure a thoughtful, consistent, and data-driven employee experience.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance and support across a wide range of people-related topics.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing employee support, engagement, retention, and offboarding.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, offer management, and closing.
- Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, development, and organizational needs.
- Support annual performance review, feedback, and compensation processes.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins and help identify and address challenges proactively.
- Own and maintain employee data in our HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, programs, and processes.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and external partners across different countries and time zones.
- Support employee experience and culture initiatives as the company continues to grow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR Generalist, or similar hands-on HR roles.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different functions and seniority levels.
- Strong experience supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Experience leading or supporting performance review, feedback, and other company-wide HR processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.
- A proactive, independent, and hands-on approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data, reports, and HR systems.
- Native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing technology company — an advantage.
- This is an office-based position in Tel Aviv.
