We're far more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership of their work. If you're organised, reliable, eager to learn and great with Excel, we'd love to hear from you.

- Running and maintaining HR reports and spreadsheets.
- Using Excel to manage, analyse and update employee data with a high level of accuracy.
- Supporting employee relations administration, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance and capability processes.
- Assisting the team in improving processes, policies and ways of working.
- Helping promote Baily Garner as an outstanding place to work.
