Per il plant produttivo italiano di una realtà aziendale parte di un gruppo multinazionale, molto affermato nel suo settore, sono alla ricerca di un/a Impiegato/a Tecnico da inserire nel team di industrializzazione.

La sede per la quale stiamo selezionando conta circa 200 dipendenti, e si occupa di realizzare componentistica meccanica di precisione, a servizio di differenti settori merceologici.

I loro prodotti si distinguono per l'elevato contenuto tecnologico, e l'azienda investe costantemente nell'implementazione di nuove tecnologie e nella ricerca e sviluppo.

La produzione presenta un ambiente molto organizzato, con macchinari di ultima generazione e spazi studiati per garantire ai dipendenti di lavorare in salute e sicurezza.

Requirements

Rispondendo direttamente al direttore di impiantista e industrializzazione, e collaborando in team con altri colleghi, ti occuperai dopo un adeguato periodo di formazione (dal punto di vista tecnuco e di processo) di:

  • Programmazione e back-up programmi, a bordo macchina (su linee e impianti di produzione automatizzati e tecnologicamente avanzati, linguaggio Siemens);
  • Analisi e implementazione di attività legate all'ottimizzazione di cicli, tempi e metodi;
  • Formazione agli operatori;
  • Supervisione costante del ciclo produttivo nelle fasi di industrializzazione e primi avvii produzione;
  • Interfaccia con ufficio tecnico e R&D, al fine di partecipare attivamente alla scelta di metodologie e tecnologie da applicare.

Siamo aperti a valutare anche profili senza esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, ma in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • diploma di scuola superiore, a indirizzo tecnico;
  • conoscenza base delle lavorazioni meccaniche e/o breve esperienza nel ruolo (industrializzazione o tempi e metodi);
  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e degli strumenti informatici in genere;
  • capacità analitica e di problem solving
  • capacità di comunicazione e lavoro in tea;
  • predisposizione al lavoro per obiettivi;
  • approccio propositivo e orientato al miglioramento continuo.
