Nous accompagnons les établissements du réseau public dans les communautés isolées afin d'assurer la continuité des soins, tout en offrant à nos candidats des conditions d'exercice uniques, une autonomie clinique valorisée et des opportunités d'aventure humaine incomparables.

Nous recherchons activement plusieurs Infirmières dispensatrices et Infirmiers dispensateurs (Code d'emploi 2491) avec une formation ou une expérience confirmée en Rôle Élargi pour combler plus d'une quinzaine de mandats de remplacement critiques répartis entre décembre 2026 et avril 2027.

Description des mandats

Vivez une immersion professionnelle hors du commun au Nunavik. En dispensaire, vous agirez comme pivot des soins de santé auprès des communautés locales en pratiquant des évaluations cliniques avancées, des soins d'urgence et des suivis de santé communautaire.

Villages et périodes de départs disponibles :

  • Inukjuak : Nombreux mandats à combler en continu (Quarts : Jour/Soir/Nuit).
  • Périodes : Fin déc. à début fév. | Fin janv. à début mars | Début mars à début avril.
  • Kuujjuaraapik : Forts besoins de roulement (Quarts : Jour/Nuit).
  • Périodes : Fin déc. à début fév. | Fin janv. à début mars | Fin fév. à début avril.
  • Umiujaq : Mandats stables sur un horaire régulier (Quarts : Jour uniquement).
  • Périodes : Mi-janv. à fin fév. | Fin fév. à début avril | Mi-mars à début avril.
  • Puvirnituq : Mandats d'urgence et de remplacement de transition (Quarts : Jour/Nuit).
  • Périodes : Début déc. à fin déc. | Fin déc. à mi-janvier.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer les soins infirmiers de première ligne (urgences et soins courants) en rôle élargi auprès de clientèles diversifiées (pédiatrie, périnatalité, adulte, gériatrie).
  • Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers, diagnostiquer les affections courantes selon les guides cliniques du Grand Nord et appliquer les protocoles de traitements requis.
  • Participer activement aux gardes cliniques et aux interventions d'urgence de première ligne selon l'organisation du dispensaire.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les médecins volants, les services d'évacuation médicale (MEDEVAC) et les interprètes communautaires locaux.

Profil recherché

  • Ordre professionnel : Inscription obligatoire et en règle au tableau de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Scolarité / Certification : Attestation de formation complétée et réussie en Rôle Élargi (généralement dispensée par une université ou un CISSS/CIUSSS désigné) – Strictement obligatoire.
  • Expérience : Expérience clinique préalable réussie en milieu nordique, en dispensaire isolé ou en urgence de région éloignée.
  • Aptitudes : Haut niveau d'autonomie professionnelle, excellent jugement clinique, grande résistance au stress et adaptabilité culturelle approfondie.
