Description du poste

Nous recherchons activement et de toute urgence un(e) Infirmier(ère) - Assistant(e) au Supérieur Immédiat (ASI) pour combler un mandat d'envergure au sein du CISSS du Bas-Saint-Laurent. Le contrat se déroulera principalement au CHSLD Villa-Maria, situé sur le territoire du Kamouraska, sous la supervision de la gestionnaire Annick Gagné.

Ce mandat hautement diversifié intègre une alternance de quarts de jour et de nuit, ainsi qu'une collaboration avec un établissement partenaire.

  • Période du mandat : Du 18 octobre au 14 novembre 2026.
  • Rotation des quarts : Alternance fixe de Jour et de Nuit selon le calendrier.
  • Particularité de mobilité : Des quarts secondaires seront à effectuer au CHSLD d'Anjou pour compléter le mandat.
  • Condition stricte de sélection : Seules les ressources prêtes à prendre en charge l'entièreté du besoin complet (toutes les dates et quarts listés) seront considérées.

Calendrier détaillé des quarts à combler (Besoin Complet)

La ressource sélectionnée devra assurer la couverture complète de l'horaire suivant :

1. Quarts de NUIT (22h45 à 07h00)

  • Octobre 2026 : Du 23 au 26 octobre inclus.
  • Novembre 2026 : Du 6 au 9 novembre inclus.

2. Quarts de JOUR (Horaires réguliers d'établissement)

  • Octobre 2026 : Les 18, 22, 27 et 31 octobre.
  • Novembre 2026 : Les 1er, 5, 10 et 14 novembre.

Vos responsabilités

  • Leadership clinique (ASI) : Assister le supérieur immédiat dans la planification, la coordination et la supervision des activités cliniques de l'établissement ; assurer la gestion quotidienne des effectifs de soins.
  • Soins infirmiers : Dispenser les soins infirmiers globaux, évaluer l'état de santé des résidents en hébergement de longue durée et veiller à l'application rigoureuse de leurs plans de soins.
  • Polyvalence : Faire preuve d'adaptabilité lors des quarts effectués au sein de l'installation secondaire (CHSLD d'Anjou).

Exigences du poste

  • Ordre professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'OIIQ.
  • Expérience : Expérience confirmée en milieu CHSLD et aptitude marquée pour la coordination d'équipe (une expérience préalable en tant qu'ASI est fortement privilégiée).
  • Engagement & Mobilité : Capacité à garantir la couverture de l'ensemble des plages horaires de l'assignation et à se déplacer entre les installations du Kamouraska.
