Description du poste

Nous recherchons activement et de toute urgence un(e) Infirmier(ère) ou un(e) Infirmier(ère) - ASI (Assistant(e) au Supérieur Immédiat) pour combler une demande d'exécution critique au CISSS du Bas-Saint-Laurent, au sein du CHSLD de Rimouski (Installation 466060).

Ce mandat hautement diversifié combine des quarts de soins généraux et des fonctions de coordination clinique (ASI).

  • Période du mandat : Du 18 octobre au 14 novembre 2026.
  • Quarts de travail : Rotation Jour / Soir / Nuit selon le calendrier.
  • Condition de sélection : Seules les candidatures prêtes à prendre le besoin dans son entièreté (tous les quarts listés) seront considérées.

  • 26, 27 oct. : ASI Soir (16h00-00h15)

  • 31 oct. : Nuit ET ASI Soir (16h00-00h15)
  • Novembre 2026 :

Vos responsabilités

  • En tant qu’ASI : Assister le supérieur immédiat dans ses fonctions de planification, de coordination et d'évaluation des soins ; exercer un leadership clinique auprès des équipes de soins du CHSLD.
  • En tant qu’Infirmier(ère) : Dispenser les soins infirmiers globaux, évaluer l'état de santé des résidents, administrer la médication et assurer le suivi rigoureux des dossiers cliniques.
  • Veiller au bien-être, à la sécurité et au respect de la dignité des aînés hébergés.

Exigences du poste

  • Ordre professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'OIIQ.
  • Expérience : Expérience confirmée en CHSLD et aptitude marquée pour la coordination d'équipe (atout majeur si vous avez déjà exercé comme ASI).
  • Disponibilité : Disponibilité immédiate pour débuter dès le dimanche 18 octobre 2026 et capacité à couvrir l'ensemble de l'horaire.
