Description du poste :

Services SFT recrute activement un(e) infirmier(ère) auxiliaire d’expérience pour combler un mandat d'envergure au département de Médecine / Courte durée du Centre de santé de Chibougamau.

Ce contrat propose un horaire cyclique très avantageux en formule 7 jours de travail suivis de 7 jours de congé (7/7). C'est l'opportunité idéale pour un(e) professionnel(le) de la santé recherchant une immersion unique dans le Nord-du-Québec, avec de grandes périodes de repos et une prise en charge logistique complète !

Note importante : L'établissement privilégie activement les ressources en mesure de combler le besoin en entier.

Détails du contrat :

  • Période du besoin : Du 14 octobre 2026 au 3 novembre 2026
  • Orientation obligatoire : 1 jour d'orientation prévu le 13 octobre 2026
  • Quarts de travail : Disponibilité requise sur les quarts de Jour / Soir / Nuit
  • Rythme de l'horaire : Alternance de quarts de 8 heures ou de 12 heures selon les besoins, sur un cycle de 7 jours travaillés / 7 jours de congé.
  • Temps de repas (non facturable) : 45 minutes pour les quarts de 8h | 1h40 pour les quarts de 12h.
  • Garde : Aucune garde requise
  • Type d'emploi: Temps plein – Quarts de 8h et 12h.

Responsabilités:

  • Dispenser les soins infirmiers, les traitements médicaux et veiller au confort des patients admis en médecine active et courte durée.
  • Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers, surveiller les signes vitaux et collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe d'infirmières cliniciennes et de médecins.
  • Assurer une surveillance monitorée rigoureuse et identifier rapidement les anomalies cardiaques.
  • Contribuer à la tenue des dossiers cliniques et participer activement aux plans de soins interdisciplinaires.

Exigences de candidature:

Pour que votre profil soit soumis immédiatement, vous devez obligatoirement valider :

  • Expérience requise : Cumuler un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience récente en médecine active.
  • Formation spécifique : Avoir complété avec succès le cours d'arythmie cardiaque.
  • Mobilité : Détenir un permis de conduire valide ET posséder un véhicule automobile pour assurer vos déplacements.
  • Statut professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ).
  • Documents de conformité : Curriculum Vitae (CV) à jour, carte RCR à jour et Plumitif (antécédents judiciaires) datant de moins de 3 mois.
