Nous recherchons actuellement une Infirmière auxiliaire ou un Infirmier auxiliaire pour combler un mandat de longue durée en soins aigus.

Description du poste

Joignez-vous à l'équipe de la Direction des soins infirmiers (DSI) au Centre de santé de Chibougamau. Intégré(e) au département de Médecine / Courte durée, vous assurerez la prise en charge, le suivi clinique et la dispensation des soins de santé auprès de patients hospitalisés en phase active.

Détails du mandat :

  • Période du besoin : Du 11 novembre 2026 au 14 mars 2027 (Mandat de 4 mois).
  • Quarts de travail : Flexibilité requise sur les quarts de Jour, Soir et Nuit.
  • Type d'horaire : Horaires flexibles de 8 heures, 12 heures ou 16 heures selon les besoins de l'établissement.
  • Temps de repas : 45 minutes pour les quarts de 8 heures | 1h40 pour les quarts de 12 heures.
  • Horaire atypique : Non.
  • Garde (On-Call) : Non.
  • Orientation : Une période d'orientation est requise et entièrement planifiée à votre arrivée.

Vos responsabilités

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire pour offrir des soins infirmiers de qualité aux patients de l'unité de médecine et courte durée.
  • Évaluer l'état de santé des patients, surveiller les signes vitaux et déceler les changements cliniques.
  • Participer activement à la surveillance cardiologique (arythmie) et à l'administration sécuritaire de la médication selon votre champ de pratique.
  • Assurer la tenue rigoureuse des dossiers cliniques et participer aux transmissions inter-quarts.

Profil recherché

  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle et inscription valide au tableau de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ).
  • Expérience exigée : Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience consolidée en médecine active.
  • Formations spécifiques : Avoir complété avec succès le cours d'arythmie (Strictement obligatoire).
  • Exigences logistiques : Aucun permis de conduire ni véhicule automobile n'est requis pour ce mandat.
  • Aptitudes : Rigueur professionnelle, grande capacité d’adaptation aux horaires variables, esprit d'équipe et excellente gestion du stress en milieu de courte durée.
