Description du poste

Nous recherchons activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) Auxiliaire pour combler un mandat d'envergure au sein du CISSS du Bas-Saint-Laurent. Le contrat se déroulera à l'Hôpital de Matane, précisément au sein de l'Unité multiclientèle (Médecine/Chirurgie), sous la supervision de la gestionnaire Rosalie Laroche St-Martin.

  • Période du mandat : Du 18 octobre au 14 novembre 2026.
  • Quart de travail : SOIR exclusif (Horaire fixe de 15h45 à 00h00).
  • Orientation : Une période de 1 à 2 quarts d'orientation est prévue et sera complétée juste avant le début de vos quarts réguliers (à confirmer avec la gestionnaire).
  • Note : Les profils capables de combler l'entièreté du calendrier ci-dessous seront priorisés.

La ressource sélectionnée devra assurer la couverture des soirées suivantes :

  • Octobre 2026 :
  • 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 octobre
  • 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 octobre
  • Novembre 2026 :
  • 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 novembre
  • 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 novembre

Vos responsabilités

  • Dispenser des soins infirmiers de qualité aux patients hospitalisés au sein de l'unité multiclientèle (Médecine/Chirurgie).
  • Contribuer à l'évaluation de l'état de santé des usagers et participer à la réalisation du plan de soins.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les infirmières et l'équipe multidisciplinaire de soir.
  • Assurer une tenue de dossier rigoureuse et une transmission fluide des informations lors des changements de quarts à minuit.

Exigences du poste

  • Ordre professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'OIIAQ.
  • Compétences : Excellente autonomie clinique sur le quart de soir, polyvalence en Médecine/Chirurgie et esprit d'équipe.
  • Disponibilité : Disponibilité immédiate pour débuter l'orientation dès cette semaine.
