Services SFT recrute activement un(e) infirmier(ère) polyvalent(e) et autonome pour combler un mandat d'urgence au CH de Maria (CISSS de la Gaspésie) dans le secteur Chirurgie-Médecine.

Il s'agit d'un besoin immédiat au sein d'un département diversifié qui regroupe la chirurgie, la pédiatrie, la pédopsychiatrie et les soins palliatifs. Profitez d'une expérience professionnelle enrichissante au cœur de l'une des plus belles régions maritimes du Québec !

Détails du contrat:

  • Date de début : Dès maintenant
  • Date de fin : 1er décembre 2026
  • Horaire : Temps complet (37,5 heures par semaine)
  • Quarts de travail : Disponibilité requise sur les quarts de Jour / Soir / Nuit

Responsabilités:

  • Dispenser des soins infirmiers de qualité auprès d'une clientèle variée hospitalisée en chirurgie et en médecine générale.
  • Assurer la prise en charge, l'évaluation et le suivi clinique de cas touchant la pédiatrie, la pédopsychiatrie ainsi que les soins palliatifs (fin de vie).
  • Collaborer activement avec l'équipe médicale et interdisciplinaire pour assurer la continuité et la sécurité des soins.
  • Réagir avec calme, rigueur et professionnalisme face aux situations d'urgence clinique.
  • Compléter avec précision les dossiers d'hospitalisation et assurer les suivis administratifs requis.

Exigences de candidature:

Pour que votre dossier soit analysé, vous devez nous fournir les documents suivants démontrant le respect de toutes les exigences réglementaires :

  • Expérience : Détenir un minimum de 1 an d'expérience récente et pertinente touchant la chirurgie, la pédiatrie, la pédopsychiatrie et/ou les soins palliatifs.
  • Membres OIIQ : Être membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (permis valide).
  • Certifications : Certification RCR à jour obligatoire.
