Nous soutenons activement les établissements du réseau public dans les régions éloignées afin de garantir la continuité et la qualité des soins, tout en offrant à nos candidats des conditions de travail avantageuses et un accompagnement de proximité.

Nous recherchons actuellement une Infirmière ou un Infirmier qualifié(e) pour un mandat de courte durée au sein d'un CHSLD insulaire unique.

Description du poste

Vivez une expérience de remplacement mémorable à Harrington Harbour, un village côtier pittoresque de la Basse-Côte-Nord. Rattaché(e) à l'installation principale du CHSLD de Harrington Harbour, vous assurerez les soins infirmiers, le suivi clinique et le bien-être des résidents en perte d'autonomie.

Détails du mandat :

  • Période du besoin : Du 18 novembre 2026 au 24 novembre 2026 (Mandat d'une semaine).
  • Possibilité de prolongation : Aucune.
  • Quart de travail : Jour.
  • Fin de semaine : Disponibilité requise au besoin.
  • Orientation : Une journée d’orientation (1 jour) est requise (aux frais de l’agence).

Vos responsabilités

  • Dispenser les soins infirmiers requis aux résidents du CHSLD et veiller à l'application des plans de soins.
  • Effectuer l'évaluation clinique et le suivi rigoureux de l'état de santé des résidents.
  • Utiliser les outils d'évaluation réglementaires en vigueur pour la gestion des profils de soins.
  • Collaborer au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire réduite dans un contexte d'éloignement régional.

Exigences:

  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle et inscription valide au tableau de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Aptitudes linguistiques : Bilinguisme obligatoire. Compte tenu de la population locale, vous devez être parfaitement en mesure de communiquer en français et en anglais (Essentiel).
  • Formation spécifique : Détenir obligatoirement la formation SyMO CHSLD (Système de Mesure de l'Autonomie Fonctionnelle SMAF / Profil de soins).
  • Savoir-être : Grande autonomie professionnelle, rigueur, respect des clientèles âgées et excellente capacité d'adaptation aux milieux isolés.
