Description du poste:

Services SFT recrute activement un(e) infirmier(ère) d'expérience pour combler un besoin urgent au CISSS de la Gaspésie. Le mandat se déroule principalement à la Maison des Aînés et Alternative de Rivière-au-Renard.

Note importante : La ressource devra également accepter d'effectuer des quarts de travail au CHSLD Mgr Ross de Gaspé afin de compléter son horaire ponctuel.

Il s'agit d'une opportunité d'exception pour les professionnels de la santé qui souhaitent offrir des soins de qualité supérieure aux aînés tout en découvrant les paysages uniques de la pointe de la Gaspésie !

Détails du besoin:

  • Date de début : Dès maintenant
  • Date de fin : 25 décembre 2026
  • Horaire : Temps complet (36,25 heures par semaine)
  • Quarts de travail : Disponibilité requise sur les quarts de Jour / Soir / Nuit

Responsabilités:

  • Dispenser des soins infirmiers, des traitements médicaux et veiller au bien-être des résidents en Maison des Aînés et en milieu CHSLD.
  • Évaluer l'état de santé des résidents, identifier les besoins cliniques et ajuster les plans de soins informatisés.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire pour maintenir un milieu de vie sécuritaire, digne et bienveillant.
  • Veiller à la prévention, à la détection et à l'application rigoureuse des protocoles de bientraitance envers les aînés.

Exigences :

Pour que votre profil soit soumis à l'établissement, vous devez nous fournir l'ensemble des documents justificatifs suivants :

  • Expérience : Détenir un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience récente en CHSLD.
  • Formations spécifiques : Avoir complété la formation sur la maltraitance envers les aînés.
  • Atout technologique : La connaissance du logiciel SYMO est un grand atout.
  • Mobilité : Détenir un permis de conduire valide ainsi qu'une voiture (obligatoire pour les déplacements entre les installations).
  • Statut professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
