Description du poste

Nous recherchons activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) pour combler un mandat d'envergure au sein du CISSS du Bas-Saint-Laurent. Le contrat se déroulera au CHSLD Rivière-Bleue, situé dans la belle région du Témiscouata, sous la supervision de la gestionnaire Melanie Veilleux.

Ce mandat est idéal pour une ressource cherchant une planification de soir stable, structurée en blocs de 7 jours consécutifs.

  • Période du mandat : Octobre et Novembre 2026 (voir calendrier ci-dessous).
  • Quart de travail : SOIR exclusif (Horaire fixe de 15h15 à 23h30).
  • Rythme : Du jeudi au mercredi.
  • Orientation : Une période de 1 à 2 jours d'orientation est prévue avant le début de vos quarts réguliers.
  • Note : Les profils capables de combler l'entièreté des deux blocs seront priorisés.

Calendrier détaillé des quarts à combler (Besoin Complet)

La ressource sélectionnée devra assurer la couverture des deux blocs de soir suivants (du jeudi au mercredi) :

  • Bloc 1 (Octobre) : 22 - 23 - 24 - 25 - 26 - 27 - 28 octobre 2026
  • Bloc 2 (Novembre) : 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 11 novembre 2026

Vos responsabilités

  • Évaluer l'état de santé des résidents, déterminer et appliquer les plans de soins infirmiers en CHSLD.
  • Dispenser les soins infirmiers et les traitements médicaux requis durant le quart de soir, dans le respect de la dignité des aînés.
  • Exercer un leadership clinique auprès de l'équipe de soins de soir (infirmières auxiliaires et préposés aux bénéficiaires).
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers cliniques et une transmission rigoureuse des informations lors du changement de quart à 23h30.

Exigences du poste

  • Ordre professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'OIIQ.
  • Aptitudes : Excellente autonomie clinique sur le quart de soir, sens des responsabilités, rigueur et expérience préalable en milieu de longue durée (CHSLD).
  • Disponibilité : Capacité à couvrir l'ensemble des dates des deux blocs et à participer aux journées d'orientation.
