Description du poste:

Services SFT est à la recherche d'infirmier(ères) clinicien(nes) d'expérience pour combler plusieurs mandats contractuels en dispensaire (sans rôle élargi) au Nunavik. Les besoins sont basés initialement au village d'Akulivik (le village est mentionné à titre informatif et peut être modifié selon les besoins du terrain).

Trois mandats distincts sont ouverts à la candidature (veuillez spécifier votre disponibilité) :

  • Mandat 870-B : Du 14 novembre 2026 au 29 décembre 2026
  • Mandat 917-B : Du 29 octobre 2026 au 29 décembre 2026
  • Mandat 938-B : Du 28 octobre 2026 au 20 novembre 2026

Détails du poste :

  • Secteur : Dispensaire sans RE
  • Quart de travail : Rotation Jour / Soir / Nuit
  • Disponibilité : La ressource doit obligatoirement être disponible pour toute la durée du mandat choisi.
  • Type d'emploi: Temps plein.

Responsabilités:

  • Dispenser des soins infirmiers cliniques au sein d'un dispensaire nordique auprès de la communauté locale.
  • Évaluer l'état de santé des patients, assurer les suivis cliniques et collaborer avec l'équipe de soins multidisciplinaire.
  • Répondre aux urgences cliniques de manière autonome sur des quarts rotatifs.
  • Appliquer les protocoles d'immunisation et de santé publique en vigueur dans la région du Nunavik.

Exigences :

Pour que votre profil soit soumis à l'établissement, vous devez fournir l'ensemble des documents et informations réglementaires suivants :

Qualifications scolaires & Expérience :

  • Diplôme : Détenir un Baccalauréat en sciences infirmières.
  • Ordre : Être membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Expérience : Cumuler un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en soins critiques.

Formations spécifiques obligatoires :

  • Formation PIQ : Formation de base en immunisation (durée 10h) complétée via l'Institut national de santé publique du Québec (INSPQ).
  • Formation Tuberculose : Attestation du cours « La Tuberculose au Nunavik - Notions de base » (durée 1h30 disponible sur la plateforme ENA).
