Description du poste

Nous recherchons activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) en Dispensaire (avec rôle élargi) pour combler un mandat d'urgence (Mandat #64) au sein de la Direction des soins infirmiers (DSI) du Grand Nord. Le mandat est actuellement planifié pour la communauté d'Umiujaq.

Ce poste exige une très grande autonomie clinique, un excellent jugement et la capacité d'assurer des soins de première ligne avancés en milieu isolé.

  • Période du mandat : Du 28 octobre au 18 novembre 2026.
  • Quart de travail : JOUR (avec couverture de garde selon les besoins du dispensaire).
  • Note importante : La communauté d'Umiujaq est mentionnée à titre informatif ; le lieu d'affectation final peut être ajusté par le CISSS selon les mouvements de personnel.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer l'évaluation clinique complète, le diagnostic infirmier et les traitements requis pour la clientèle du dispensaire selon les protocoles de rôle élargi en vigueur.
  • Prendre en charge les urgences médicales et stabiliser les patients en situation critique dans l'attente d'une évacuation médicale (Évacomed) si nécessaire.
  • Dispenser des soins de santé communautaire, de prévention et de première ligne auprès d'une clientèle multiclientèle (pédiatrie, adulte, gériatrie).
  • Collaborer avec les médecins à distance (soutien téléphonaire) et les équipes de soutien locales.

Exigences strictes du poste

  • Ordre professionnel : Membre en règle de l'OIIQ (Obligatoire).
  • Formation spécifique : Formation officielle en Rôle Élargi complétée et validée.
  • Expérience : Un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience récente en soins critiques (Urgence, Soins Intensifs).
  • Aptitudes : Forte résilience, excellente gestion du stress en isolement, autonomie clinique avancée et respect des communautés autochtones.
  • Permis : Permis de conduire valide.
