Description du poste :

Services SFT est à la recherche d'un(e) infirmier(ère) en dispensaire avec compétences en rôle élargi (RE) pour combler un mandat d'envergure en milieu isolé. Le besoin est basé au Dispensaire de Tête-à-la-Baleine, une communauté unique et chaleureuse de la Basse-Côte-Nord.

Ce contrat couvre stratégiquement la période des Fêtes. Si vous êtes autonome, passionné(e) par la pratique clinique avancée en région éloignée et prêt(e) à relever un défi professionnel valorisant, cette opportunité est pour vous !

Détails du contrat :

  • Date de début : 21 décembre 2026
  • Date de fin : 15 janvier 2027 (Mandat fermé, sans possibilité de prolongation)
  • Quart de travail : Jour
  • Garde clinique : Disponibilité obligatoire pour assurer les gardes d'urgence (Soir/Nuit)
  • Fin de semaine : Au besoin selon les nécessités du service
  • Orientation : 1 jour d'orientation prévu (entièrement pris en charge aux frais de l'agence)
  • Type d'emploi: Temps plein

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer de manière autonome l'évaluation clinique, le diagnostic infirmier et la prise en charge des usagers du dispensaire selon les protocoles de rôle élargi en vigueur.
  • Dispenser les soins de santé courants, préventifs et d'urgence auprès de la population locale.
  • Assurer la garde médicale à distance et répondre aux urgences vitales 24/7 durant vos périodes de disponibilité.
  • Collaborer en mode interdisciplinaire avec les médecins pivots et les équipes de soutien d'urgence par télémédecine.

Exigences:

  • Formation clinique : Détenir obligatoirement la formation officielle en rôle élargi (RE) reconnue pour la pratique en milieu nordique ou isolé.
  • Compétence linguistique : Bilinguisme fluide (français/anglais) obligatoire pour assurer les interventions auprès de la clientèle.
  • Statut professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Documents de conformité : RCR à jour (Soins immédiats en réanimation)
  • Santé au travail : Test de tuberculine (TCT) et test d'ajustement de masque N95 valides (moins de 2 ans).
