Description du poste :

Services SFT est à la recherche d'une infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) ou bachelier(ère) de grande expérience pour combler un mandat d'envergure aux Soins ambulatoires du Centre de santé de Chibougamau.

Ce poste requiert une expertise pointue en oncologie (administration de chimiothérapie) et en soins de plaies complexes. Il s'agit d'un horaire stable et fort avantageux du lundi au vendredi, idéal pour un professionnel souhaitant combiner rigueur clinique et découverte de la magnifique région du Nord-du-Québec.

Note importante : L'établissement privilégie activement les ressources en mesure de combler le besoin en entier.

Détails du contrat :

  • Période du besoin : Du 13 octobre 2026 au 4 décembre 2026
  • Orientation obligatoire : 2 jours d'orientation prévus les 12 et 13 octobre 2026
  • Quart de travail : Jour uniquement
  • Horaire type : Lundi au vendredi, 08 h 00 à 16 h 30 (comprenant 1 h de repas non facturable)
  • Garde : Aucune garde requise
  • Horaire atypique : Aucun
  • Type d'emploi: Temps plein – 37,5 h / semaine

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer l'administration sécuritaire des traitements de chimiothérapie intraveineuse (IV) et par instillation (BCG, biberons).
  • Prodiguer des soins de plaies mineures à complexes (retrait de drains Jackson-Pratt, soins de stomies, soins aux grands brûlés, soins de néphrostomie, etc.).
  • Administrer les traitements IV liés aux maladies chroniques (Avsolva, Entyvio, Rituximab, etc.).
  • Maîtriser parfaitement les techniques stériles et les manipulations de dispositifs d'accès veineux (Port-a-Cath, cathéter veineux central, PICC Line).
  • Procéder à l'administration de vaccins et de traitements de désensibilisation / hyposensibilisation.
  • Utiliser efficacement les systèmes d'information cliniques de l'établissement (DCI Crystal Net et Silp Softweb).

Exigences de candidature:

Pour que votre profil soit soumis immédiatement, vous devez obligatoirement valider :

  • Expérience requise : Cumuler au minimum 1 an d'expérience récente en administration de chimiothérapie.
  • Expertise clinique : Expérience significative et récente en soins de plaies complexes et en gestion des accès veineux centraux.
  • Mobilité : Détenir un permis de conduire valide ET posséder un véhicule pour assurer vos déplacements.
  • Statut professionnel : Membre en règle de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Documents de conformité : RCR à jour.
