Description du poste

Nous recherchons activement et de toute urgence un(e) Infirmier(ère) pour combler une assignation de soins critiques au CISSS du Bas-Saint-Laurent. Le mandat se déroulera au sein de l'Unité multiclientèle du Centre hospitalier de Matane (Hôpital de Matane).

  • Début du mandat : 20 octobre 2026.
  • Fin du mandat : 12 novembre 2026.
  • Quart de travail : NUIT (Horaire fixe de 23h45 à 08h00).

Calendrier des blocs à combler

La ressource devra couvrir l'horaire de nuit structuré selon la rotation suivante :

  • Semaine 1 : Du mardi 20 octobre au samedi 24 octobre inclus.
  • Semaine 2 : Du dimanche 25 octobre au jeudi 29 octobre inclus.
  • Semaine 3 (S1) : Du mardi 3 novembre au samedi 7 novembre inclus.
  • Semaine 4 (S2) : Du dimanche 8 novembre au jeudi 12 novembre inclus.

Note : Les profils capables de couvrir l'entièreté des blocs seront priorisés.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer la surveillance clinique constante, l'évaluation et les soins infirmiers requis pour les patients de l'unité multi clientèle.
  • Administrer les médications et les traitements prescrits selon les protocoles en vigueur au sein du CISSSBSL.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de garde et l'équipe médicale de nuit pour assurer la sécurité et la continuité des soins.
  • Prendre en charge la tenue rigoureuse des dossiers et assurer une transmission fluide lors des changements de quarts.

Exigences du poste

  • Ordre professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'OIIQ.
  • Compétences : Excellente autonomie clinique de nuit, rigueur, et capacité d'adaptation en unité multi clientèle.
  • Disponibilité : Capacité à débuter dès que possible.
