Description du poste

Nous recherchons activement un(e) Infirmier(ère) d'urgence pour combler un mandat d'envergure (Demande d'exécution 2026-646) au sein du département de l'Urgence de Sept-Îles, sur le territoire de la Côte-Nord. Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique où votre rapidité d'analyse, votre gestion du stress et vos compétences cliniques en soins critiques seront pleinement mises à profit.

  • Période du mandat : Du 1er décembre 2026 au 10 janvier 2027 (Fin prévue sans possibilité de prolongation).
  • Flexibilité des quarts : Rotation sur les quarts de Jour, Soir et Nuit.
  • Disponibilité les fins de semaine : 1 fin de semaine sur 2.
  • Orientation : Une période de 2 jours d'orientation est prévue à votre arrivée pour faciliter votre intégration.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer l'accueil, l'évaluation clinique rapide, le triage et l'orientation des patients se présentant à l'urgence.
  • Dispenser les soins infirmiers requis lors de situations critiques, de traumatismes ou d'urgences médicales aiguës.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe médicale et interdisciplinaire pour stabiliser, traiter et orienter les usagers.
  • Planifier et coordonner les soins et les interventions selon les priorités cliniques de l'unité.

Exigences du poste

  • Ordre professionnel : Être membre en règle de l'OIIQ.
  • Expérience : Détenir une expérience récente et pertinente au sein d'un département d'Urgence.
  • Aptitudes : Excellente gestion du stress en situation de crise, capacité décisionnelle rapide, rigueur clinique et fort esprit d'équipe.
