Services SFT est une agence de placement de premier plan spécialisée dans le déploiement de professionnels de la santé partout au Québec. Nous soutenons activement les établissements de santé du réseau public, notamment en régions éloignées et nordiques, en leur fournissant une main-d'œuvre indépendante hautement qualifiée.

Nous recherchons actuellement plusieurs Infirmières et Infirmiers ainsi que des Infirmières dispensatrices / Infirmiers dispensateurs pour des mandats de remplacement prioritaires à combler dès maintenant (ASAP) et tout au long des mois de novembre, décembre 2026 et janvier 2027.

Description des opportunités

Prêt(e) à mettre votre expertise au profit des communautés du Nord et à vivre une expérience professionnelle unique ? Nous offrons des mandats variés au sein de plusieurs départements clés dans les secteurs de Chibougamau, CHIS et EAST.

  • Date de début : Plusieurs postes urgents à pourvoir immédiatement (ASAP) et départs échelonnés jusqu'en janvier 2027.
  • Durée : Mandats allant de quelques semaines à plusieurs mois (généralement de 1 à 2 mois consécutifs, avec de fortes possibilités de prolongation).
  • Horaires : Temps complet, quarts de travail incluant selon les départements des périodes de Garde (On-Call).

Secteurs et départements à combler

  • Urgences (Emergency) : Profils autonomes avec un minimum de 1 an d'expérience en Triage (CTAS) exigé.
  • Médecine (Medicine) : Prise en charge de patients hospitalisés (profil autonome recherché).
  • Soins Communautaires et Dispensaires (CMC) : Remplacements en soins à domicile (Home Care), santé maternelle/infantile (Awash), soins primaires (Primary Care), vaccination et services spécialisés. il doit avoir 2 ans d'expérience globale avec une formation en rôle élargi.
  • Secteurs spécifiques : Profils déjà fonctionnels ou formés au sein du programme Wiichihiituwin ou CHB fortement recherchés pour nos mandats prioritaires.

Profil recherché

  • Permis d'exercice : Détenir un permis d'exercice valide et être inscrit(e) au tableau de l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Expérience : Expérience clinique minimale consolidée dans le département visé (Urgences, Médecine ou CMC).
  • Atout majeur : Détenir ses cartes de compétences à jour (RCR professionnel, et certifications d'urgence ou de pratiques nordiques si applicables).
  • Savoir-être : Excellente capacité d'adaptation en milieu isolé, autonomie clinique rigoureuse, proactivité et esprit d'équipe multidisciplinaire.
