Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Explain various insurance policies and coverage details in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Assist clients in completing insurance applications and processing claims.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and insurance transactions.

Requirements

  • Valid insurance license as required by state regulations.
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related financial services role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products including life, health, and property insurance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex insurance information in a user-friendly way.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
