  • Cash, COD & Revenue Controls: Test courier debriefs, COD collection/reconciliation, billing accuracy, and system inputs to prevent revenue leakage, loss, or unsupported write-offs.
  • Data Analytics & Systems Assurance: Use Excel, Power BI, or analytical software to test 100% data populations, detect anomalies/overrides, and verify core operational system integrity.
  • Safety, Security & Compliance: Review facility/fleet security, CCTV, safety protocols, regulatory permits, and incident escalations.
  • Testing & Documentation: Execute testing, maintain evidence-backed working papers, and expand sample sizes when control failures are detected.
  • Reporting & Recommendations: Draft clear audit observations, establish root causes, assign risk ratings, and propose practical corrective action plans.
  • Action Follow-Up: Verify and test management closure evidence before signing off on resolved findings.

Key Role Boundaries & Escalation

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
