As the IT Senior System Security Engineer (Senior IAM Engineer – One Identity Manager), you will play a key role in shaping and advancing identity and access management capabilities across connected business and technology environments. This position is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, improving identity processes, and partnering with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, dependable IAM outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, support, and optimize IAM solutions using One Identity Manager.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, offboarding, provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation.
- Integrate One Identity Manager with enterprise applications, infrastructure platforms, and cloud services using REST APIs, SOAP web services, database connectors, LDAP, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SCIM, and file-based interfaces.
- Design, configure, and support synchronization projects to ensure accurate identity and access data across connected systems.
- Analyze application onboarding requirements and develop data mappings, transformation rules, workflows, automated provisioning processes, and custom integrations to meet business and security requirements.
- Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, HR, and security stakeholders to onboard applications into the IAM ecosystem and implement RBAC, access governance, approval workflows, attestation, and certification processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of IAM engineering experience with One Identity Manager, including hands-on work across identity lifecycle processes such as onboarding, role changes, offboarding, provisioning, de-provisioning, reconciliation, and synchronization.
- Hands-on experience with application onboarding in One Identity Manager, including gathering onboarding and integration requirements, developing data mapping and transformation rules, configuring workflows and automation, and coordinating testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
- Strong hands-on experience integrating One Identity Manager using REST APIs, SOAP web services, database connectors, and file-based interfaces, along with Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, and integrations with HR systems, SAP, and enterprise or custom applications.
- Proven experience with custom development and scripting for One Identity Manager automation, custom integrations, transformation rules, troubleshooting connector behavior, and resolving provisioning, synchronization, and integration issues with infrastructure and security teams.
- Hands-on experience implementing role-based access control, approval workflows, attestation, and access certification processes in One Identity Manager, and coordinating access roles and approval workflows with business and security stakeholders.
- Experience working with HR on joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
- Able to work on-site.
- Hands-on experience with SCIM integrations is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, VB.NET, JSON, and XML for One Identity Manager customization and integration work is a bonus.
