Unser Kunde ist ein etablierter Softwarehersteller für modulare SaaS-Produkte für staatliche, öffentliche und soziale Arbeitgeber in Deutschland. Die entwickelte Softwarelösung ist mehreren Jahrzehnten erfolgreich am Markt und wird heute von etwa 25.000 Organisationen als Cloud Service genutzt. Zur Verstärkung unserer Entwicklungs-Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine(n):

Java Entwickler | mit Delphi-Kenntnissen (m/w/d)

Arbeitsort: Remote (Deutschland) | Zeitmodell: Vollzeit/ Teilzeit

Das Team & die Kultur

Die Tech- und Produktorganisation arbeitet vollständig remote und besteht aus 15 crossfunktionalen Teams verteilt sind. Die Teams verantworten aktuell etwa 30 Apps.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst Komponenten für eine moderne Software-as-a-Service-Plattform
  • Du arbeitest an thematischen Web-Apps im Bereich Adminstration
  • Du konzipierst geeignete Tests und analysierst deren Ergebnisse
  • Du planst und beschreibst das Backlog gemeinsam mit den Product Ownern
  • Du nutzt AI-Tools als festen Bestandteil bei der Entwicklung von Code, Tests und Reviews
  • Zu etwa 10–15 % deiner Arbeitszeit entwickelst und pflegst du bestehende Anwendungen bzw. Komponenten in Delphi

Requirements

  • Du hast eine akademische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Java bzw. JEE / Jakarta Enterprise
  • Du besitzt erste Kenntnisse in JPA/Hibernate, CDI, RESTful Services und API Design
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken, idealerweise Oracle DBMS
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen mit Test Driven Development und Continuous Integration sammeln
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse in Delphi mit und hast idealerweise bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung oder Wartung von Delphi-Anwendungen
  • Du begeisterst dich für neue technologische Entwicklungen und möchtest die zukünftige Entwicklung aktiv mitgestalten
  • Du bist offen für AI-gestützte Softwareentwicklung und setzt entsprechende Tools bewusst und kritisch ein
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und übernimmst Verantwortung und Ownership
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
