Η ΤΕΡΝΑ Α.Ε. εταιρεία του Ομίλου ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ, αναζητά:

Βοηθό Λογιστή – Διαχειριστή Εργοταξίου (Ηράκλειο Κρήτης)

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επιμελείται τη συλλογή και ταξινόμηση των συμφωνητικών των υπεργολάβων, καθώς και των τιμολογίων από προμηθευτές και ελέγχει την ορθότητα των παραστατικών με βάση τις αντίστοιχες συμβάσεις και παραγγελίες
  • Συντάσσει τις συγκεντρωτικές καταστάσεις παραστατικών
  • Συγκεντρώνει και ελέγχει τα δικαιολογητικά πρόσληψης προσωπικού
  • Καταγράφει τις ημέρες – ώρες εργασίας του προσωπικού και ενημερώνει σχετικά τα κεντρικά γραφεία
  • Διαχειρίζεται το ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ και υποβάλλει τα σχετικά έντυπα δήλωσης απασχόλησης προσωπικού
  • Ελέγχει τα αποθέματα αναλωσίμων (π.χ. γραφική ύλη) και προβαίνει σε αντίστοιχες παραγγελίες και διανομή τους
  • Παρακολουθεί την επάρκεια των εγγράφων του στόλου των οχημάτων – μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού του εργοταξίου (απαιτήσεις νομοθεσίας, πιστοποιητικά κ.α.)
  • Διαχειρίζεται εισερχόμενες κλήσεις και μηνύματα, υπενθυμίσεις κ.λπ.
  • Παραλαμβάνει, αποστέλλει και τηρεί την εισερχόμενη – εξερχόμενη αλληλογραφία
  • Προετοιμάζει και συντάσσει αναφορές, εσωτερικά σημειώματα και επιστολές
  • Συνεργάζεται και επικοινωνεί με άλλες Δ/νσεις, τμήματα, εργοτάξια της εταιρείας και με εξωτερικούς φορείς για την οργάνωση / διεκπεραίωση των εργασιών του εργοταξίου
  • Καταχωρεί στο SAP τα παραστατικά του εργοταξίου, σύμφωνα με τις ειδικότερες συνθήκες του έργου και σε συνεννόηση με το Κεντρικό Λογιστήριο

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ Λογιστικής/Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης
  • 3 έως 5 έτη προηγούμενης εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε θέσεις σχετικές με λογιστήριο
  • Σχετική εργασιακή εμπειρία σε εργοτάξιο ή/και Τεχνική Δ/νση, θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office
  • Επιθυμητή η εμπειρία σε SAP ή σε άλλα συστήματα ERP

  • Καλές δεξιότητες προφορικής και γραπτής επικοινωνίας
