Αναζητούμε Συμβούλους Ρύθμισης Οφειλών για τη Διεύθυνση Εξωδικαστικού Συμβιβασμού, στο Κατάστημά μας στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Αναζητούμε επαγγελματίες με επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες, με προσανατολισμό στην επίτευξη αποτελεσμάτων. Στον ρόλο του Συμβούλου Ρύθμισης Οφειλών, θα αναλαμβάνετε την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με οφειλέτες, με στόχο την ενημέρωση, την εξεύρεση κατάλληλων λύσεων και την επίτευξη βιώσιμων ρυθμίσεων, προσφέροντας υψηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης σε ένα σύγχρονο και δυναμικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον.

Οι βασικές σας αρμοδιότητες

• Τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με οφειλέτες σχετικά με εκκρεμείς οικονομικές υποχρεώσεις • Ενημέρωση και καθοδήγηση σχετικά με διαθέσιμες επιλογές ρύθμισης • Διερεύνηση αναγκών και διαμόρφωση κατάλληλων προτάσεων αποπληρωμής σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας • Διαπραγμάτευση με στόχο την επίτευξη αμοιβαία αποδεκτών λύσεων • Καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση ενεργειών στα πληροφοριακά συστήματα της εταιρείας

Τι αναζητούμε

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος διαθέτει:

• Άριστη προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία στα Ελληνικά • Ικανότητα διαπραγμάτευσης, πειθούς και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης διαφορετικών τύπων συνομιλιών • Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και προσανατολισμό στην επίτευξη στόχων • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα και επαγγελματική συνέπεια • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ και MS Office • Απόφοιτος/η Λυκείου, ΙΕΚ ή ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

Θα εκτιμηθεί προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε εταιρείες διαχείρισης απαιτήσεων, ενημέρωσης οφειλετών, τράπεζες, τηλεφωνικά κέντρα, δικηγορικές εταιρείες ή σε αντίστοιχους ρόλους εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και πωλήσεων.
