Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior Application Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Jira projects, configurations, workflows, issue types, permissions, and user access.
  • Create and manage dashboards, filters, reports, and KPIs to support business and operational needs.
  • Handle user requests, troubleshoot Jira-related issues, and provide day-to-day platform support.
  • Maintain system documentation, administration procedures, and reporting standards while supporting ongoing governance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Jira administration, support, or system coordination roles.
  • Good understanding of Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, permissions, and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience managing users, roles, groups, and access rights.
  • Ability to create meaningful dashboards and reports for operational and management purposes.
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
