The posting

Il candidato/a, all’interno del team Legal & Compliance, facente parte di SG Company Società Benefit, società quotata sul mercato EGM, avrà l’obiettivo di fornire consulenza legale ai vari reparti delle società del Gruppo, attive negli ambiti della comunicazione e degli eventi, con particolare focus sulla contrattualistica. Il candidato/a supporterà il team nella gestione delle attività legali quotidiane, occupandosi di fornire consulenza e supporto concreto ai vari dipartimenti aziendali, implementando soluzioni pratiche, in particolare nei processi di contrattualistica interna e nella gestione di problematiche legali ricorrenti.

La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Contrattualistica: predisposizione, revisione e negoziazione di contratti con clienti e fornitori;

- Privacy: collaborazione alle attività di compliance in materia di protezione dei dati personali, inclusa la predisposizione e l’aggiornamento di policy, procedure e documentazione privacy, nonché il supporto nella gestione degli aspetti privacy connessi alla contrattualistica commerciale;

- Ricerca e analisi legale: condurre ricerche giuridiche approfondite per la predisposizione di pareri in ambito contrattuale e societario, traducendoli in soluzioni operative;

- Attività di segreteria societaria, inclusa la corretta gestione dei libri sociali, nonché la predisposizione di documenti per le assemblee dei soci e le riunioni del Consiglio di amministrazione delle società del Gruppo;

- Tematiche di corporate governance: fornendo consulenza e assistenza legale su questioni societarie e sulle dinamiche di infragruppo;

- Attività di back office a supporto operativo al team.

Requirements

Requisiti e competenze richieste:

  • Laurea magistrale in giurisprudenza;
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese;
  • Conoscenza professionale di Microsoft Word e Microsoft Excel;
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di lavoro in team;
  • Precisione, senso di accuratezza e di responsabilità;
  • Capacità di comunicare efficacemente anche sotto stress e di ascoltare i feedback;
  • Pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi (2 anni)
