As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Junior Software Developer (.ΝΕΤ).
We’re expanding our team and seeking an In-House Junior .ΝΕΤ Developer to help us build smart, scalable solutions that power our business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET and C#
- Build and enhance internal middleware services that connect and support core business systems
- Work on web scraping projects to automate and optimize data collection
- Collaborate on systems hosted on AWS/Azure infrastructure
- Design and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from concept to deployment
- Work closely with multiple internal teams across Business and IT to support complex, cross-functional projects
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on software development experience
- Knowledge of .NET / C# development
- Experience with web scraping tools and methodologies
- Good understanding of AWS/Azure services and cloud architecture
- Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Ability to interpret technical or business specifications and provide clear feasibility assessments
- Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Previous experience in the Energy or Telecom industries, will be a plus
- Familiarity with data-driven applications and automation workflows
