NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel, initiated and bootstrapped by ENSOFI S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.

Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members’ club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over 5,500 sqm, House of NYNN is designed for balance - where pleasure, work, fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. Thoughtfully curated spaces include laid-back dining, vibrant bars, smart workspaces, next-gen fitness, and the largest outdoor pool in central Athens. You are a reliable and organized individual with strong attention to detail, and a practical and hands-on approach to your work. You can clearly follow instructions and established procedures, and work well as part of a team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Junior Storekeeper is an entry-level role that supports the day-to-day operations of the stores function, assisting with the receipt, storage, handling, and issue of goods and materials. You will help ensure that stock is stored correctly, handled safely, and readily available when required.

Your key responsibilities will be split into the following areas:

1. Receiving and Storing Goods

  • Assist with receiving and checking deliveries against relevant orders and documentation, identifying and reporting any missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the Storekeeper.
  • Safely unload, handle, and move goods to their designated storage locations, ensuring that items are well organized and stored according to established procedures.
  • Ensure stock is clearly labelled and arranged systematically so that items can be easily located when required.

2. Issuing Goods and Tracking Inventory

  • Issue materials and supplies against approved requests, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are provided.
  • Accurately record all incoming and outgoing stock and assist with maintaining up-to-date inventory documentation.
  • Assist with stock and inventory checks, reporting discrepancies and monitoring stock levels.

3. Store Organization and Safety

  • Maintain a clean, orderly store with items easy to locate
  • Follow all applicable health and safety procedures, including safe manual handling, appropriate use of equipment, and correct storage practices.
  • Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, spillages, or other potential hazards, while ensuring that emergency exits remain unobstructed.
