The posting

Objetivo del puesto Liderar la programación, ejecución y rentabilidad de la agenda de eventos institucionales, así como el cumplimiento de las metas anuales de ingresos por patrocinios y el crecimiento neto de membresía. La posición actúa como punto de contacto principal ante afiliados, patrocinadores y proveedores, cultivando relaciones de largo plazo que respaldan tanto la reputación institucional como las metas comerciales de la organización.

Sobre la empresa Cámara empresarial binacional con presencia consolidada en Costa Rica, que representa y conecta a un amplio grupo de empresas afiliadas a través de una agenda activa de eventos, networking y desarrollo de negocios. Forma parte de una red regional de cámaras homólogas.

Funciones principales

  • Diseñar y gestionar la agenda anual de eventos corporativos (desayunos ejecutivos, cócteles de networking, almuerzos, asamblea general, foros y comités, entre otros).
  • Estructurar paquetes de patrocinio, prospectar y negociar acuerdos con empresas afiliadas y no afiliadas, cumpliendo las metas anuales de ingresos.
  • Impulsar el crecimiento neto de membresía (nuevas afiliaciones vs. bajas) y fortalecer la retención de la base de afiliados.
  • Coordinar y supervisar a un equipo de apoyo operativo (ejecutivos de eventos, membresía y networking), sin que la ejecución directa de la logística sea la función principal.
  • Involucrarse de forma directa en momentos clave, por ejemplo en el primer acercamiento con un potencial patrocinador, delegando después el seguimiento al equipo.
  • Definir el plan de mercadeo de los eventos y velar por la coherencia de la imagen institucional en todos los canales.
  • Formular y administrar presupuestos anuales por evento y del área, presentando informes de rentabilidad y cumplimiento de metas.
  • Representar a la organización ante su red regional de cámaras homólogas.

Requirements

  • Bachillerato universitario en Administración de Empresas (énfasis en Mercadeo), Relaciones Públicas, Comunicación o carrera afín.
  • 2 a 4 años de experiencia en coordinación/supervisión de equipos, organización o supervisión de eventos, gestión de patrocinios y/o relacionamiento con clientes, asociados o empresas. Se valora experiencia previa en cámaras empresariales u organizaciones similares, aunque no es excluyente.
  • Inglés deseable (no indispensable); se valora positivamente para la interacción con empresas y afiliados de habla inglesa.
  • Manejo intermedio de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) y experiencia con CRM.
