We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to design intuitive, scalable, and high-impact digital products for complex enterprise workflows. The role requires a strong combination of product thinking, UX design, visual design, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on sophisticated products where users need to understand complex information, make important decisions, and complete operational workflows efficiently. You will play a key role in shaping product experiences from early concepts through detailed design and delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product design initiatives from discovery and problem definition through design, validation, and implementation.
  • Translate complex user and business requirements into intuitive and scalable product experiences.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing to identify user needs and opportunities.
  • Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design clear and efficient interfaces for complex enterprise workflows and decision-making environments.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define product requirements and deliver feasible design solutions.
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate relevant feedback.
  • Create and maintain reusable design patterns and contribute to the evolution of design systems.
  • Ensure consistency across product experiences, interactions, visual language, and user journeys.
  • Use prototypes and experimentation to validate ideas, identify usability issues, and refine solutions.
  • Balance user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and product scalability when making design decisions.
  • Partner with engineering teams throughout implementation to ensure design quality and intent are maintained.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce friction, and improve overall product usability.
  • Contribute to design strategy, product discovery, and broader UX initiatives.
  • Mentor other designers and contribute to improving design processes, standards, and practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of professional product design experience, preferably working on complex SaaS, enterprise, B2B, or technology products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product and UX design projects.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
  • Experience designing complex workflows, data-rich interfaces, and products used for sophisticated decision-making.
  • Strong proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, prototyping, and iterative design.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, reusable components, and scalable product design.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate design decisions clearly.
  • Strong product sense with the ability to balance user experience, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on usability, consistency, and design quality.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of ambiguous problems, and driving projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong interest in solving complex product problems and creating thoughtful, high-quality user experiences.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
