Manager, Creative Marketing Scope
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day execution of creative campaigns across trailers, key art, social, digital, and theatrical marketing materials, managing projects from brief through final delivery.
- Partner closely with the Director of Creative Marketing to develop campaign concepts and translate creative strategy into actionable briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Write creative briefs, presentations, and internal materials that clearly communicate campaign direction and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of creative assets with external partners, tracking timelines, deliverables, and creative reviews across multiple campaigns
- Partner with the Director to review creative work-in-progress, refining ideas and incorporating feedback before presentations to filmmakers and senior leadership
- Collaborate with publicity, distribution, post-production, international, and other cross-functional teams to keep campaigns moving and proactively solve challenges.
- Stay current on emerging creative trends, platforms, and technologies, identifying opportunities to strengthen campaigns and improve creative workflows.
- Maintain organized project plans, asset libraries, budgets, and timelines across multiple concurrent theatrical releases.
This role will be based in either our New York, NY, or Los Angeles, CA, office with a hybrid 3-day in-office work arrangement and occasional travel between locations.
Our target salary range for this role is between $80,000 to $90,000. The actual starting salary within the range will depend on various factors, including location, experience, knowledge, skills and internal equity.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in creative marketing, theatrical marketing, creative production, or a related role within entertainment.
- Experience developing creative assets for theatrical releases, including trailers, key art, and social or digital campaigns.
- Strong creative instincts, excellent taste, and an eye for detail, with the confidence to give thoughtful feedback and champion strong ideas.
- Highly organized, with experience managing multiple creative projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships across creative teams, agencies, filmmakers, and internal partners.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Airtable or Asana.
- Passionate about film, storytelling, and theatrical marketing; collaborative, resourceful, curious, and eager to grow as a creative leader.
