La posizione

Per una nota e rinomata struttura alberghiera, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Manutentore Hotel dinamico, affidabile e dotato di buone capacità relazionali, da inserire nel team dedicato alla gestione e alla manutenzione della struttura.

La risorsa si occuperà della manutenzione ordinaria e del controllo degli spazi, degli impianti e delle dotazioni dell’hotel, intervenendo sia negli ambienti interni sia nelle aree esterne della struttura.

Il ruolo richiede una persona pratica, organizzata e orientata alla soluzione dei problemi, in grado di operare con professionalità in una struttura aperta agli ospiti.

Principali responsabilità

  • Eseguire interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e piccole riparazioni all’interno della struttura.
  • Effettuare controlli e interventi sulle dotazioni e sugli spazi dell’hotel.
  • Occuparsi della manutenzione delle aree esterne, degli spazi comuni e delle relative dotazioni.
  • Individuare eventuali anomalie, guasti o malfunzionamenti e intervenire tempestivamente per la loro risoluzione.
  • Collaborare con le altre funzioni della struttura per garantire il corretto funzionamento degli ambienti e delle attrezzature.
  • Monitorare lo stato di conservazione della struttura e segnalare eventuali necessità di interventi specialistici.
  • Operare nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle normative in materia di sicurezza.
  • Garantire un comportamento professionale e rispettoso nei confronti degli ospiti, anche durante gli interventi effettuati nelle aree della struttura a loro accessibili.

Requisiti

  • Cerchiamo una persona:
  • Affidabile e puntuale, capace di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire le priorità.
  • Disponibile a intervenire in una struttura aperta e frequentata dagli ospiti.
  • Disponibile a svolgere attività sia interne sia esterne alla struttura.
  • Possibilità a svolgere il turno serale.

È preferibile una precedente esperienza nella manutenzione in contesti analoghi.

Organizzazione del lavoro

La posizione prevede:

  • 6 giorni lavorativi su 7 durante il periodo di apertura della struttura.
  • 6 ore e 40 minuti di lavoro giornaliero, con 30 minuti di pausa.
  • Turnazione indicativa:

o Turno mattutino: 10:00 – 17:10

o Turno pomeridiano/serale: 14:00 – 21:10

  • Il giorno di riposo settimanale sarà assegnato a rotazione.
  • Non sono previsti turni notturni.
  • Non è richiesta la reperibilità.

Cosa offriamo?

RAL 24K-26K con relocation all’interno della struttura e servizio mensa/buoni pasto.
