4. Maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline, track tenders and proposals, and report sales forecasts and progress against agreed targets.

5. Lead RFP and RFQ reviews, client meetings and site assessments to define scope, deliverables, resources, programme, assumptions and exclusions.

6. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, ensuring pricing, margins, quotations and approvals are coordinated with Department Management and the relevant business line heads.

7. Lead proposal follow-up, tender clarifications and commercial negotiations within delegated authority, coordinating contract finalisation and the transition from award to project mobilisation.

8. Oversee project operations across KSA, including mobilisation, team deployment, resource allocation and coordination of ongoing assignments, ensuring timely delivery, technical quality, profitability and client satisfaction.

9. Manage the complete MEP commissioning process, from commissioning planning and readiness reviews through start-up coordination, functional performance testing, integrated systems testing and final handover.

14. Manage project budgets, schedules, deadlines and client expectations; monitor costs, margins, variations and invoicing, and support payment follow-up with commercial and finance teams.

15. Build and develop the local delivery team, training engineers in company procedures, applicable industry practices and safe working methods.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
